This policy covers this website. It does not cover the sites of our licensees or any other site we link to.
Who is responsible

The enquiry form
If you send us a licensing enquiry, we receive what you type into the form: your first and last name, email address, company, and, where you provide them, your phone number, country or region, the brand you are interested in, the product categories you have in mind, and anything you write in the free text field.
We use this only to answer you and to take the enquiry forward if it leads somewhere. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it or pass it to anyone else for their own purposes.
Our grounds for processing it are that you asked us to respond, and that we have a legitimate interest in handling enquiries about our trademarks.
We keep enquiries for as long as the matter is live and for a period afterwards for our records. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Where the data goes
This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., a company based in the United States. Netlify serves the pages and receives your form submission, which is stored in our account there and forwarded to us by email. Netlify therefore processes this data on our behalf, and it may be stored on or transmitted through servers outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area. Netlify's own privacy notice is published at netlify.com/privacy.
Our email runs on our own systems, and once an enquiry reaches us it is handled there.
What happens when you simply visit
Netlify records the usual server information for every request, including your IP address, the page requested, the time, and details of your browser. This is used to serve the site and to keep it secure.
The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts a Google server and that server sees your IP address. The brand marks are loaded from a Wix server, with the same effect. If you would rather this did not happen, both can be moved onto this site so that no third party is contacted; ask us and we will tell you where that stands.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. It runs no analytics, no advertising tags and no tracking scripts, so there is nothing to consent to and no banner to dismiss.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to our using it. Write to licensing@temptingbrands.ch and we will answer. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you may also complain to your national data protection authority; in Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

If we change how this site handles personal data, we will change this page. The date below tells you when it was last revised.
