IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Having obtained a university degree in Law, you have already a good experience in corporate legal representation. You are enthusiastic, creative, flexible, detail oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to international law, as well as familiarity with trademark and patent practices is a big plus. The ability to learn on the fly combined with a natural curiosity is highly appreciated as well.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Within the team, you will provide legal support including fact gathering, background research, preparing and/or providing general legal matters using well defined procedures and will be responsible for maintaining a tracking system.
- Your counsel will be needed in trademark and patent prosecution matters; in management and development of the trademark, domain name and patent portfolios; in clearance matters involving titles, trademarks and other forms of intellectual property; in office actions, oppositions, enforcement/infringement, anti-counterfeiting matters.
- You will be drafting documents such as consents, coexistence agreements, licensing agreements, NDAs and IP assignments.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Having obtained a university degree in marketing, you are an independent thinker and teachers or peers remember you because you were top of your class.
- You are enthusiastic, creative, flexible, detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to international accounting is a big plus. The ability to learn on the fly combined with a natural curiosity is highly appreciated as well.
- Good English communication and writing skills together with proficiency in MS Office complete the profile.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Within the team you will be responsible with performing marketing duties including creating sales, liaising with the licensing partners, helping to facilitate events for brands and undertaking basic office administration.
- You will ensure that licensing accounting requests are handled in a timely manner and you will oversee timely recording of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Having obtained an education in graphic design you have a few years of professional experience.
- You can think conceptually when it comes to graphic design.
- You have a good knowledge of applications such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
- You have an interest in international brands and you are ready to create product designs to unprecedented levels.
- You have a very good feeling for aesthetic and beauty, and a natural desire for high quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing new product concepts using existing artworks from the comprehensive Style Guide that each brand has.
- Creating presentations, marketing brochures and advertisements.
- Carrying out market analysis studies and uses the data obtained in creating the new concepts in the design process.
- Creating new styles for the brands that are part of the company portfolio by using a good styling of colours, shapes, typography, and drawings.
- Interactions with designers from all over the world that are working for the companies to which Tempting Brands is selling the license for its brands.
